Riders for reheating furnaces

Thermocast manufactures riders for walking beam furnaces and  push-type furnaces that can reach max. temperatures of 1300 ° C .

The construction design and the choice of material are developed  on the basis of the working conditions of each type of furnace.

The most common material for these components are super-alloys with high content of nickel, tungsten and cobalt.
